What’s Happening in Washington?
The Future of Our Country
I have never seen anything like the political scene in Washington. Our new president seems to be set on completely
changing the landscape of the country in the first three months of his administration.
Our president has traveled the world bowing and scraping and apologizing to anyone who would listen. He practically kissed the hand of an Arab king. He could not wait to get to the Port of Spain where he got chummy with a dictator who hates America and our current president.
Before you could turn around twice he got back to Washington in time to make public classified documents from the previous administration. Now I hear that our president intends to release pictures of these classified documents so that there will be no doubt as to the ways and means of our CIA.
I am conservative, but I had hoped that everything that had been said about this man was wrong. Now, I am having second thoughts. I had hoped that although I do not agree with his administration he did have the best interests of the country at heart. Now, it is becoming clear that the one with the money calls the shots and whoever is the money behind this administration is calling in the markers that will lead to a complete break down in our civilization if not stopped.
It is quite shocking. As a person of faith I am hitching my wagon to a star in the heavens because I fear that the USA is beginning a long decline that can only end badly for all of us in this Country.
